European Pastries course is an intensive multi-day course. During the course, the following skills are learned:
- Full explanation about the materials used in the dough of flour and sugar … Etc. And how to choose the right type.
- Full explanation of equipment and tools.
- An explanation of metrics and weights.
- Make types of pastries for croissants, brioche, Sinnamon roll, buff patisserie, crepe, dengue Dough, tart dough, baking bread, muffin… Etc.
- He made several fillings of the ‘Sinnamon’ filler, apple filling, cheese and several types.
Each participant will receive at the beginning of the course a book including recipes and cooking apron. Moreover, all stuff that the participant used during the course will be owned by him/her, and also the cake that he/she made. At the end of each course, the trainee receives a certificate signed by Cake Design Vienna, signed by Chef Hala.
